Do you have large quantities of files, plans, documents or drawings in cabinets taking up valuable floor space?

Several file cabinets can be scanned and placed on cd or dvd media, reducing the cabinets to a few discs in your desk drawer. Once scanned, you can access and print them easily by using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or any other image viewer. Large format drawings can be printed full size or half size without breaking down a set of plans to send the hard copy to the printer.
